There is a basic handling/shipping charge on every order of merchandise, which depends on the amount of the order; it pays for shipping and insurance by mail or regular UPS in the USA and Canada, and Airmail overseas. Faster service is available at additional cost. All foreign orders are sent by airmail. Books and Plans are sent separately and incur a $5.00 to $7.50 handling charge (irrespective of total or number of items). Literature items incure a $2.50 handling charge only if they are not ordered with other merchandise.
