Key Fronts

Arcades - made with our standard arcade cutter. These arcades are 1/8” (3 mm) thick and 1/2” (13 mm) high and wide enough to cover any key front. When ordering more than one arcade, they will come in strips containing from 1 to 5 arcades. They are available in a variety of woods listed below.
Bone Arcades - made with our standard arcade cutter. Also available is bone stock for making your own arcades, 1/8”x5/8”x4.5” (3x16x112 mm)
Custom Arcades - are made with any arcade cutter on hand in any feasible wood or wood combination. An example would be the ebony/boxwood arcade inspired by the arcades on a Cristofori piano. We can also make a special arcade cutter for additional charges.
Molded Key Fronts - one standard design only, in strips 6” or longer and sold by the foot. These fonts are 3/16” (4.5 mm) thick and 1/2” (13 mm) high.
