Oval (Front) Key Pins

13140 Brass Front Key Pins
The upper half of the brass pins have an oblong cross section with parrallel sides, like a rectangle with rounded corners. They are used as front guide pins in keyboards of antique pianos. Ask for a quote.

1311/2/3 Nickle Plated Oval Key Pins
The nickel plated pins are used in modern piano keyboards as front guide pins. They have an oval cross section in the top half.

Round Key or Desk Pins

These nickel plated steel pins are .146" (3,6 mm) in diameter and come in lengths of 1" (25 mm), 1.25" (32 mm) and 1.5" (38 mm). They are sometimes referred to as desk pins, also used as hitch pins in hammered dulcimers.
