NP Balance Pins

Nickel Plated Balance Pins -

The .096" (2,44 mm) diameter and 1.375” (35mm) long nickel plated mild (non hardened) steel pins have one chamfered end and are used as balance pins in harpsichord and clavichord keyboards.

The .125" (3,13 mm) diameter and 1.75” (44mm) long nickel plated mild (non hardened) steel pins have two rounded ends. These are used as balance pins in fortepiano keyboards.
