Bright Hitch Pins - These bright .072" (1,83 mm) mild (non hardened) steel pins have a length of 1.375" (35 mm). These pins are available with blunt ends (until we run out) or with one pointed end. The pins can be oxidized for an antique look by placing them in a brine (vinegar/salt) solution for a few minutes, and then rinsing them and leaving them on a paper towel to dry before wiping them dry. The amount of time you wait before wiping them dry determines the amount of oxidation.
